We are thrilled to offer a personalized in-home consultation service for brides-to-be in Puerto Rico. Here are the details of our policy: In home consultation Details - Personalized Experience: Our bridal consultant will visit your home for a unique fitting experience, allowing you to try on up to 5 dresses. (If you wish to try more than 5 dresses you can request it, and a fee may apply) - Availability: This service is only available in Puerto Rico, especially in the following cities: - Bayamon $40 - Caguas $50 - Carolina $40 - Dorado $80 - Guaynabo $40 - Guayama $130 - Rio Grande $75 - San Juan - $25 - Trujillo Alto - $40 Travel Limitations: We can provide this service only in urbanizations, condominiums, and Walk-ups. Guest Information - Identification Requirements: We will request the full names and IDs of all guests who will be present during the in-home appointment for verification purposes. Fees - Services Fee: A small service fee is required for the in-home consultation. This fee is non-refundable. But if you say "yes" to the dress this fee will be apply to your dress purchase. - Traveling Fee: This fee is non-refundable and varies based on the distance from our shop. - Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your in-home consultation, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
